Don't use SwissArmyPDF to bypass copyright, defeat protection on documents you don't own, forge documents, or commit any crime. You're responsible for the files you process and the rights you have to them.

No warranty

The tools are provided as-is. We do our best to make them reliable, but you should always keep a backup of the original file before making changes. We can't be liable for any data loss or damages arising from use of the site.

Signatures

The Sign PDF tool lets you draw an image of your signature and place it on a PDF. Whether that's a legally binding e-signature depends on your jurisdiction and the agreement with the other party. We don't provide a tamper-proof audit trail — for that, use a dedicated e-signature service.

These terms may change as the site evolves. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
